I was at the comp until 1978. Remember Mrs Dale, Mr Corden, Mr Yates and Miss Wood (lower school). Not too many happy memories though. Went to Stocksbridge College afterwards (now pulled down, I hear). Left Sheffield in 1985 and now work in a High School Office and enjoying school better working in it, than having been a pupil at one!

Hi, i was just reading some of the guestbook and felt like sayin a few thankyous, i hope they get through, Mrs Cork geography, helped me get an A* and the i got an A at A level. Mr Crabtree and any other science teachers i am now studying biology at leeds uni, cheers. Mr smith, Mrs hutton PE teachers my favorite subject, did wellin it at a level too. Thanks to all my teachers and form tutor Mrs cook for letting us stay in at lunch times when they made the rest of the school go outside at dinners, it was bloody cold sometimes n'all

I was at Ecclesfield from Sept 1973 to July 1978. Classes 1R,2R & 3R (Mrs Bloomfield) then 4C4 & 5C4 (Mr O'Neill). I was in Chapeltown recently for the first time in a long time & went to have a look at my old school. Most of it's gone!! I now live in Edenbridge, West Kent. But miss the North.
