County Association Senior Cups

Birmingham Association were the first regional F.A. to attempt to organize a cup competition for its members. However the attempt in 1875/76 was too late and they finally had to make do with a challenge match between Tipton and Aston Villa. In 76/77 both Birmingham and Sheffield organized competitions and other regional associations quickly followed suit.
