was made to make a New Association in opposition the the SFA Meeting held at E Stephenson's Cambridge Hotel A committee had been appointed in December. Rules were accepted and the name was decided Sheffield & Hallamshire F.A. 9 or 10 clubs intimated their intention of joining for next season.
