This is a view of the old church and graveyard just outside the village of Derrygonnelly. It dates from the original plantation of Ulster and it is here that the Leith graves are located--in fact the Leith graves are clearly visible in the right hand bottom corner. The gravestone in the middle is to a family called Reid who must be related to the later generations of Leiths. It was common in Ireland for many generations to be buried in the one grave and I suspect that there may well be many more Leiths in these graves but their names have never been recorded.
