Gifts From Other Web Sites

Computers and the Internet must be one of the most valuable facilities for many disabled people. It certainly has given me an opportunity to participate in areas I would not otherwise have. My computer can read text to me and I can dictate written work to the computer. Books have never really been of any use to me however with the computer and Internet I can learn so much.

Yes it has given me opportunity to learn much more about disability issues. Along with the ability to participate on forums. However it’s doesn’t end there I can travel around the world in a few minutes and learn about virtually any subject I want to.

So this page might seem a little strange for a web site promoting issues and providing support for people with hidden impairments. However life isn’t all disability so I’m going to use this page to display gives from other web sites that perhaps have nothing to do with disability just sites I like.

I’ve always had a special interest towards Norway and when I visited Lisa’s web site I felt that this is definitely Norway. I visit this site from time to time and love Lisa’s art work.
