A bit about Moi...

Yes, this is vanity publishing time where I get to bore you all rigid! Nonetheless, here is a potted history for the masochists:

Gaming Street Cred: Wargaming started in 1974 with David Nash's book "Wargames".It was a revelation that you could mount all your little plastic Airfix soldiers on card and write rules based on historical outcomes! Took until University to find real opponents, was founder member (along with Colin Webster now of IWF fame) of University of Witwatersrand Wargames club. Moved to UK, played DBM, tailed off when kids arrived but now they game too......now on nth army with lead and plastic to the roof.

Modelling Street Cred – not a lot, prefer the slackers approach but can do when required – finest hour was a Cloudship, Endtime  for South London Warlords’ “Cloudships of Mars” Salute game based on the Space 1889 designs and rules
