The Clay Paky Silverado is a slightly
modified version of their popular MiniScan range which uses a 250W
halogen light source. Like the larger Goldenscan 3, movement of the
light beam is controlled using the moving mirror, and the beam can be
altered by shape (gobo) and colour.
The fixture can be controlled using DMX
output from our lighting desk in the following ways:
| |
Intensity/Strobe |
|
| |
Colour |
|
| |
Pan |
|
| |
Tilt |
|
| |
Gobo selection |
|
|
|
The manual for the Silverado can be
downloaded from here,
and a DMX channel 1/2 assignment sheet
here.
Adobe Acrobat required for both
documents.

The Abbey
Theatre currently owns one of these fixtures, available for inserting
into a lighting rig on request.
This lantern may be used by companies
performing at the Abbey, but an additional charge will be levied for
each use. It is also available for hire to external groups. |
