Blc. Goldenzelle 'Lemon Chiffon' AM/AOS is another clone from this very famous cross. There are many colours represented in this cross, from yellow, through oranges to pinks, and several sunset coloured clones. This one is a Lemon Yellow. An excellent strong grower, this is also the first flowering from the plant. The flowers have just opened and I expect them to deepen with age to more yellow.
The photo does not really do the plant justice, the flower is very good, and quite a bit larger than my other clone 'Taida'. The clef on the lip, as seen in many photos of this famous plant is magenta, not red although it actually looks in real life slightly more red than my photo.
Plant height is around 18 inches.
All the Goldenzelles are highly sought after and collectable.
