Paphiopedilum Norito Hasegawa is a primary cross between Paphiopedilum malipoense and Paphiopedilum armeniacum. This particular clone is unusual in that it is almost fully golden yellow, most clones are greeny yellow. It was nominated for AOS judging on its first flowering but not scored, I expect it will do better next time since at the time it was only a single fan plus two starts. The spike is around 60cm long and the flower span is 9.2cm, somewhat cupped, the petals themselves are over 6cm long.

The plant leaf span is small at around 25cm.

The flower, like the P. malipoense parent is slightly fragrant. It is easy to grow and flowers easily.
