Festive Friday is a chance for our Scouts to show off their culinary skills to their parents.   The Institute was transformed into a high quality restaurant and 50 people enjoyed a five course quality meal!

Entrée

Starter
 - Homemade curried roast parsnip soup with vegetable chips
- Duck liver pate with toast on a bed of fresh salad

Main course
- Festive Chicken and bacon melt with Memphis sauce
- Yuletide Orange baked Lamb Steak
- Wild Mushroom Stuffed Brie en Croute with chutney

Dessert
 A galleon of delicious hot and cold deserts from the sweet trolley
