2006 and three Adderbury Scouts made their way across the channel to spend the
day completing a series of challenges.

1:
Visit five different
French villages (not towns or cities!)

Bought the biggest one possible in a boulangerie

Obtained a town centre

Visited the statue of 17th century corsair Jean Bart

Visited a fire station

6:
Obtained the autographs of
five shop keepers
Challenge
7:
Discovered the detail of a
second world war battle
With all tasks complete Sam relaxes in the
sunshine in St Omer.
