Booking Procedure

1. Select which of the three cottages you would like and the dates then call us on 01643 831370 (International: 44 1643 831370).

2. Alternatively you may email the booking form and we will confirm availability back to you.

3. Payment of your deposit may be made by cheque or postal order made payable to Penny Adie. If you wish to pay by cash this should be sent by registered mail. Please note that if your holiday is less than eight weeks away, full payment is required.

4. We will then receipt your payment and send a confirmation of booking by return, with the date your balance is due.

General Information

• Could you please phone to let us know your arrival time and whether you have any special requests such as dinner in the house on the first night. Dinner for adults £16 including wine.
• Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases etc are available but not cot linen.
• Each cottage contains a cooker, fridge, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, duvets & pillows for the number stated.
• Lettings commence at 4pm on the first day of your holiday and end at 10am on the last day. This ensures that we have enough time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests and your co-operation would be appreciated. Remember that on certain change-overs extra cleaning may be necessary and you may be asked to wait a little until the cottage is ready for you.
