Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings. Provisional bookings will be held for five days and will be confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit and fully completed booking form.. The balance to be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to travelling. If booking within 8 weeks of departure, the full balance is required at time of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
More than 56 days before departure - forfeit deposit
28-56 days before departure - 50% of total cost
14-28 days before departure - 75% of total cost
Less than 14 days before departure - 100%
Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the house. Florida State Law prohibits subletting, sharing or assigning. A refundable security deposit will be charged, on arrival in Orlando, to cover any breakages or damage whilst staying in the villa. The rental commences at 4.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and ceases at 11.00 a.m on the day of your departure. The property will be cleaned before your arrival and again on your departure. Bookings of less than 4 days will be subject to a cleaning surcharge. All rentals are inclusive of electricity, water and local sales taxes.
No inventory items must be removed from the house. This includes linen and towels. Any breakages or damage must be reported to the management company immediately. Please note that the owners do not allow smoking or pets in the villa. Cots and Highchairs can be supplied for a small supplement. Please apply at the time of booking.
The owners or owner's agent cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or other events beyond our control). In the unlikely event of a complaint during your stay, please contact the management company.
The owners or owner's agent do not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. Clients are recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover eventualities such as cancellation, accident, sickness and damage.
Please bear in mind that the villa is situated on a development which consists of both residential and vacation homes. Therefore, the owners or owner's agent cannot be held responsible for any ongoing construction, alterations to existing houses or any noise as a result thereof on or around the housing development.
Prices are per week in £ Sterling/$ US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
