Switchboard CB.875 mk.5 'Dolls-eye'

5 Exchange lines & 20 Extensions

(Telephone Manufacturing Co.)

1952

This 'Cord' Board was the smallest floor-standing switchboard available from the General Post Office. It was nicknamed the 'Dolls-eye' because of the way the extension indicators were dome shaped, and rolled up and down, like a dolls eye.
