My example here is a variant of the basic Telephone No.333. Moulded 'Bakelite' wall telephones were uncommon as plenty of the woodenTelephones No.221 were available. Consequently they are vary rare to find nowadays. This instrument (pictured) was actually fitted as the Engineers Test Telephone in the equipment room of a PABX No.1 and got very little use. As a result it is in immaculate condition.
