LIEUTENANT = [LT] ............ EVAL - Company leader . Lieutenants
are permitted to leave their active squad position only when a regular 4x5 has
been achieved . When a company is running at four fully active squads or twenty
active marines - it is deemed necessary for the company lieutenant to drop from
squad and take further care of his full company . Should this number drop down
to fifteen or anything less than or below 4x5 and there are no reserve marines
who are awaiting squad position - the lieutenant should be the first marine back
into active service . Once 4x5 has been achieved - the lieutenant should work
closely with his drill sergeant to ensure reserves are always adequately staffed
and good to go or <AWS>.

............ EVAL - Drill Sergeant is an out of squad <OOS> position
. This is a rank that is earned through hard work and dedication - and
not a rank that is given out freely . Anyone wanting to achieve the
rank of Drill Sergeant will need to have a minimum of three months straight
serving in an active squad and have already achieved the rank of sergeant
or above . While this is an <OOS> - you will still be expected
to make your company’s weekly sign in post .

3. attending to company reserves needs .

............ EVAL - Sergeant normally denotes a squad leader . Must
be capable of controlling the other four members of his squad and making
sure they give their two and two week in and week out . NOTE* - The
responsible list detailed below for this rank is the same as for all
other squad leaders regardless of rank

per week in the relevant company sign in thread .
2. organising and attending MTS < MANDATORY TRAINING SLOT > with
full squad line up present . of minimum two hours once per week for
all five squad members .
2a. responsible for posting weekly dated and numbered training report
in advance of MTS with relevant info
2b. responsible for updating weekly training report post session with
relevant info .
2c. responsible for all squad members signing in on the weekly company
sign in . if they miss it - squad leader must remind them and make sure
they sign in each week . squad sergeants run their own squads and all
squads must sign in . this is not the Lieutenants job .
2d. responsible for assigning DTP to all squad members . work with your
existing squad members and lieutenant on this .

............ EVAL - Recruit tags are issued when the official online
application form has been processed / passed and returned as A1 - and
the applicant responds seeking authorization of recruit tags and entry
to the 101st . Cadets are generally held in reserve units until squad
place is available and/or try out has been passed . Recruit is not a
full member until initial observation period is cleared - after this
period - all recruits are eligible for promotion / mainframe access
and active squad positions . All recruits are expected to observe current
clan ranking system / clan rules and the chain of command .
