............ EVAL - Company leader . Lieutenants are permitted to leave their active squad position only when a regular 4x5 has been achieved . When a company is running at four fully active squads or twenty active marines - it is deemed necessary for the company lieutenant to drop from squad and take further care of his full company . Should this number drop down to fifteen or anything less than or below 4x5 and there are no reserve marines who are awaiting squad position - the lieutenant should be the first marine back into active service . Once 4x5 has been achieved - the lieutenant should work closely with his drill sergeant to ensure reserves are always adequately staffed and good to go or <AWS>.

responsible for -

1. posting a weekly dated and week numbered company sign in post - sunday to sunday .
2. ensuring company roster file is ALWAYS up to date and included in each weekly sign in post .
3. general day to day running of the company and squads within .
4. promotions / demotions / strikes - all pending approval of command staff .
5. personal two and two .

............ EVAL - Company second in command . Assists Lieutenant and assumes control of company and squads within when Lieutenant can not be present . Normally next in line for the Lieutenant spot .

1. anything and everything .
2. checking ALL company members are signing in each week . needs to spot anyone who misses three in a row - before it happens .
3. general day to day running of company and squads within .
4. responsible for all official company reserve try outs and total company head count .
5. personal two and two .

............ EVAL - Drill Sergeant is an out of squad <OOS> position . This is a rank that is earned through hard work and dedication - and not a rank that is given out freely . Anyone wanting to achieve the rank of Drill Sergeant will need to have a minimum of three months straight serving in an active squad and have already achieved the rank of sergeant or above . While this is an <OOS> - you will still be expected to make your company’s weekly sign in post .

1. moderator admin on perimeter defence forum attending to ALL new company recruits needs .
2. company recruiting and reserve staffing .
3. attending to company reserves needs .
4. organising training and official try outs for all company reserves .
5. responsible for posting a weekly dated and numbered company reserve sign in post on the perimeter defence forum .
6. personal two and two .

............ EVAL - Sergeant normally denotes a squad leader . Must be capable of controlling the other four members of his squad and making sure they give their two and two week in and week out . NOTE* - The responsible list detailed below for this rank is the same as for all other squad leaders regardless of rank

responsible for -

1. signing in once per week in the relevant company sign in thread .
2. organising and attending MTS < MANDATORY TRAINING SLOT > with full squad line up present . of minimum two hours once per week for all five squad members .
2a. responsible for posting weekly dated and numbered training report in advance of MTS with relevant info
2b. responsible for updating weekly training report post session with relevant info .
2c. responsible for all squad members signing in on the weekly company sign in . if they miss it - squad leader must remind them and make sure they sign in each week . squad sergeants run their own squads and all squads must sign in . this is not the Lieutenants job .
2d. responsible for assigning DTP to all squad members . work with your existing squad members and lieutenant on this .
3. personal two and two .

............ EVAL - Private rank normally denotes that the initial observation period has been cleared and the official try out has also been passed successfully . Most Privates are also granted mainframe access and an active squad position if and when available .

2. attending MTS < MANDATORY TRAINING SLOT > as soon as assuming an active squad position .

............ EVAL - Recruit tags are issued when the official online application form has been processed / passed and returned as A1 - and the applicant responds seeking authorization of recruit tags and entry to the 101st . Cadets are generally held in reserve units until squad place is available and/or try out has been passed . Recruit is not a full member until initial observation period is cleared - after this period - all recruits are eligible for promotion / mainframe access and active squad positions . All recruits are expected to observe current clan ranking system / clan rules and the chain of command .

2. passing try out / achieving Private rank and active squad status .
3. staying active and involved .
4. attending reserve training events .
5. keeping a clean record within and out of the clan .
