In the UK there are clubs in London, Kent, Bristol, Nottingham, Oxford, Cambridge, Stockport, Leeds, Edinburgh, Norwich, Sheffield, and Woking and many British Universities have a Korfball team.

The sport is played by children as young as 8 years right up to the oldest veteran aged 75, and the sport features in a number of schools throughout the London and Kent areas.

In Europe the sport is played in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, France, Portugal, Hungary, Armenia, Luxembourg and has recently been introduced to Russia, Turkey and Cyprus.

Elsewhere in the world Korfball can be found in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India and Taiwan (Chinese Tapei).
