Q1. How much will it cost?
A1. There is a 95% chance that you already have all the hardware and software you need, so there are little or no equipment costs.

Q2. What's the catch?
A2. There is a perception that edutainment comes for free! Well it doesn't. The hardware and software you probably already have, however, the courseware (the questions, the didactic content) has to be written. This takes time and time translates to cost. However, as the content is generated by the staff themselves, and as you already have the hard and software, the edutainment system appears to come for free!

Q3. Is it difficult to do?
A3. No.

Q4. Do I need any specialist skills?
A4. No. All the skills needed will almost certainly be available within the organisation. All that needs to be done is to have a Vision, an end-game of where you want to be. (ref: J.Kotter USA)
