The Occasion Today’s parade marks the successful completion of training by Craft Apprentices of the 203rd Entry, who joined the Apprentice Wing in May, 1965. The Entrv parade with the Wing for the last time before they pass into the Royal Air Force as qualified tradesmen. On the parade the sequence of which is described on the following page, the 203rd Entry are formed into one flight. The supporting squadrons comprise Nos. 107, 108, 109, 111 204, 205, 206 and 207 Entries. In the event of wet weather, the parade will form one flight with supporting personnel from 207 and 111 Entries. After the final General Salute, the entry marches off in slow time whilst the supporting squadrons present arms in salute. Leading Aircraft Apprentice Heathers McCrakers our pony mascot. is making his ninth appearance on a Passing Out Parade. The Officers and NCO’s of the Wing will not take part in the parade. Spectators are requested to stand for the arrival and departure of the Reviewing Officer and the two General Salutes. |
