Secretary WDC (Mr Minnis)

Cambridge University Press

I should like to exhibit to the Counter-statement a copy of the Accounts of the Press, as showing its essentially commercial character. (Copies were annexed to the papers when previously before me, but have now been dis-annexed).

Can you kindly ask the Inspector to furnish copies? (Those for 1939 would appear suitable, as they are referred to in the "Statement").

Pending these being obtained, I shall be glad if the papers can be returned to me to proceed with drafting the C-S.
