I was tackled at Oxford last weekend about charity exemption for the Oxford University Press. Apparently their profits are charged to tax. I don't know the Schedule A position.
Will you please obtain for me a note showing
1) back history of this topic as regards O.U.P.
2) what happened as regards Cambridge University Press who claimed exemption but failed on appeal to Special Commissioners
