To all members of the Keble community

I am glad to tell you that the employment tribunal case has been settled without further court hearings, and that the matter is now concluded. There will be a fuller statement on the College website today so please refer to the College News section for that. I am very glad that the strain and stress of the last few months can now be put behind us and we can all move on.

A similar statement has been released to the press. If you should receive any press inquiries yourself would you please refer them to the University Press Office (01865 280259), who will handle them on our behalf. I would be most grateful if you do not attempt to answer any press questions yourselves.

We are very grateful to everyone who has helped in dealing with this matter over the last term and I am glad that we can put it behind us and move on.

Very best wishes,
Warden
