NOTE BY THE HEBDOMADAL COUNCIL

Council has received the report of Professor Sir Humphrey Waldock's Committee on the University Press and, with the agreement of the Delegates of the Press, has decided that it should be published in full.

Council will now discuss the report with the Delegates of the Press and the General Board of the Faculties and will then bring the matter before Congregation. In the meanwhile the University is not in any way committed to the recommendations of the Waldock Committee.
