Note. The Evidential documents are subdivided into four classes: 1. Primary evidence in (trial) court, March 1990 (including privileged transcripts not in evidence until 1991 re. damages), 2. Secondary evidence concerning the OUP Delegates' approval of Making Names etc., 3. New evidence that emerged between the Trial (March 1999) and the Appeal (October 1999) and 4. A subsequent bizarre correspondence between Hardy and Malcolm (late 1992).
Note. The items are listed chronologically and are linked in chronological order, allowing scholars to 'leaf through' the items in order. Unposted items are in pale blue. The privileged (confidential) conversations (numbered a, b, c...) did not appear in the Evidence (red) file B until the Assessment of Damages (1991), as explained in the preamble/explanation to item 65a. Also, links are provided to allow psychology students to 'leaf through' the contributions to the drama made by some of Oxford's individual key players, including Henry Hardy, Alan Ryan and Ivon Asquith.
