My apologies to everyone. I have a very sick PC. I keep feeding it lots of Vitamin C but it doesn’t seem to be doing any good. So I am afraid its going to be difficult to up date the pictures until I can work out what pills to give it. etc
Anyway the result is I have missed two days diary and what a good couple of days they were. I missed the Dance and clogs in the Fox on Wednesday as we had another one of those rehearsal thingys. But I soon made up for it. I heard jazz coming from the Church, and I thought this is no hymn that I know. It was the Open Band doing a fill in spot on the no strings concert. I think there should be more Jazz in Church as it sounded great. No Strings are always a treat. The harmonies are wonderful. I was only going in for a couple of songs and ended up staying for most of the gig. Didn’t want to miss Michjelle Welborne so sneaked out just before the end and fell into the Fox just to catch the end of the Morris Men and Cloggies playing folk Tunes and drinking Ken's beer. The photograph makes a contrast from last years as well. However, Yvonne Fox sent me a few so that you can see them on the web. (When I have fixed me PC)
I did get to see Michelle. And what a fine concert it was. Some fantastic songs and a very good band.
