As I was gigging with Five Men in the evening, I had to take pictures of Penders Fen in their sound check. Sounded good to me. Almost all of their songs are the original material from Richard Dwyer. I hope their gig went well.
We were in the Fox and Hounds. There are a few myths I need to bury about this band. Firstly is not a tribute band to Take That's Dads! We just want to sing chorus songs in the traditional manner, and have everybody join as well. Simple as that. The other is that we used to be serious!!! Sorry we just like to have a good time. I am pleased to say that you all joined in and Ken kept the beer flowing for us. I then went back to Ian Anderson's to help him with his whiskey.... then memory loss occurred.
