Stronghold: Dreaming Red King
Rationale
Any pieces definitely red or white were put in the appropriate camp. Other characters were arrayed with an eye to whether they were generally assisting or hindering Alice (not too many of the former, unfortunately).
Tweedledee and Tweedledum are Blades because of their superb (!) armour, even though they've only one sword between them. The jabberwock is only heard of, not seen, but certainly would have posed a threat to Alice if it had shown up. The railway passengers are crowded together, do everything in unison, and are a bothersome obstacle to Alice - definite Spear behavior. I made the White King a spear because he's slow and (with no other spear element) rather useless, and because I didn't know what else to do with him.
I thought about making the Red Queen a rider general rather than a Hero, since Alice doesn't have much trouble just shaking her, but couldn't think of two more AP.
This is probably easier to model in 25mm. Ground Zero makes anime-inspired girls, one of which probably would serve as an Alice, and Ral Partha made a jabberwock.
