What a state my kingdom has reached! How am I to defend my kingdom? Those upstart Arabs take more liberties with each passing day. I am a king in my own right not a servant of another. Their culture invades at every turn. Only the other day I found a young warrior wearing cotton and silks. Nothing wrong with a goatskin loin cloth when I was a lad. It is time for war but I must protect my homeland hex as it is worth 3VP a turn. Those sneaky Arabs spread their influence by the road network, if I could capture Fort Vigilance, which controls the roads it would be worth 2VP a turn. The Arab nation is based on trade so if I could capture Tilsit it would be worth 2VP a turn to prevent any more imports. Highport being the smaller port would be worth only one point a turn. To destroy even more of their culture it would be necessary to capture the Kalenen Ziggurat and Guilden Manor both worth 1VP a turn.
