SAMAS = Flyers
Sky Cycles = Flyers or Airboats or Riders
UAR-1 or other robot vehicle (scratchbuilt, probably) = Behemoth
Skelebots = Hordes
Borgs = ?
Wilderness Scouts = Lurkers
Psi-Stalkers = Clerics (anti-magic abilities)
Dog Boys = Clerics?
APC = Stronghold
On a related note....I don't suppose anyone knows of figures or toys that would be suitable for a Smurf HOTT army?
