| The stronghold for my Garden Gnome army. The whole thing was scratchbuilt. A base was made from card and a chunk cut out for the pond itself. The water is a sheet of thin, clear plasticglued to the underside of the card base, and painted with various blues. The edge of the pond nas been lined with small stones from the garden painted grey. The mushrroms were made from modelling clay, and the reed are a few thin stalks of grass, varnished and painted to 'preserve' them.
