OK, so it's basically a toilet roll painted black. But there was surprising amount of cogitation involved in deciding the exact slope of the roof and the style of the doors for it to exude maximum evilness. And I was agonised when I was informed that I couldn't call the ledge bit a Parapet of Power on the grounds that it was really a balcony (and frankly this didn't seem very evil at all, unless Spanish timeshares are the ultimate evil). Anyway, the basic construction is a toilet roll inside, circular bits of card for the parapet and a triangle for the roof, glue together, paint black with suitable magical symbols, add rocks to base for that impassable to mortal man look and hey presto! You can of course very easily produce the Tower of Ultimate Good by painting it silver or white instead. Scale: 15mm |
