Aerial Heroes

Summary
Aerial troops. Cost 6AP. Move 1200p. Combat factors are +5 vs all.
If they draw in close combat with another Hero, they are both destroyed if the combat total is odd. If they lose to a Hero, Paladin or Atillery they are destroyed, they are ensorcelled by a Magician and they flee from a Stronghold. Otherwise they recoil. If they are doubled in combat, they are destroyed.

I use an aerial hero in my Dark Elf Army. Technically I think you need to look at a flyer or two to support it however assuming you do not have that luxury there are three basic tactics available.

On the minus side you must always bear the following in mind.

Team an aerial hero up with fliers and go for the enemy general. Watch out for magicians, though. An aerial hero general is very powerful if you go for the all-or-nothing tactic of killing the enemy general, but is obvously fatal if you lose him as 6AP is a high price to pay..
