We played recently at a historically themed wedding in Alnwick, playing hurdy-gurdy and great English bagpipes in the churchyard after the service.

Calling a dance at a seventeenth century living history event.

This picture was taken at a performance for Crofton Historical Society, Wakefield, with tenor rackett and cittern.


In 2007 we entertained leaders of the British Council for Archaeology's Young Archaeologists Club at Bolton Castle, Leyburn. The previous year we had played for them on a cruise on the River Trent at Newark.

The following is a picture of us performing in York for the Mystery Plays in 2006.

Here we are at Temple Newsam House, Leeds, with the White Rose Historical Dance Goup in a 300th anniversary re-creation of a ball to celebrate the glorious victory in the Battle of Blenheim.

At East Riddlesden Hall in Keighley, we are shown playing and calling a dance for members of the group 17th Cenury Life & Times.

Next we are entertaining in Uttoxeter at a banquet of the Army of Parliament of The Sealed Knot, with two shawms and a sackbut.
