Alan Warwick has over 30 years experience of specifying, developing, procuring, delivering, implementing and supporting a wide range of Telecommunications and IT solutions. The vast majority of this time being spent on the on the “customers' side of the fence”.

As a very competent ‘para-legal’, he is a results-orientated independent IT Procurement Consultant leading the activities in the setting up of new deals and relationships. He specialises in the formation, drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a wide range of commercial contracts on behalf of clients in both the private and public sectors. Alan is seriously pragmatic in ensuring that deliverables meet business requirements but strives for ‘win-win’ relationships in negotiations

Following a career with British Telecom, Metropolitan Police, British Gas and Bass plc Alan became a freelance IT Procurement Consultant in 1996. With no ties or 'arrangements' with any suppliers the emphasis is on providing straight-forward and totally impartial advice and assistance.
