Does it scratch? The immaculate shine that every piece has is achieved solely through 7 individual stages of water based polishing and not due to any lacquer or polish being added to the pieces. As such the surface of our granite pieces cannot be scratched by any normal household appliance. Will it crack? The granite we choose is of the highest quality and is specifically chosen due to its non-porous qualities. What does that mean – quite simply it is impervious to water. So as with a great many other garden products the water is unable to seep into the stone, freeze overnight or during winter and in turn cause the furniture to crack. Do I need to maintain it? Quite simply, no! You will never need to cover it, polish it, prime it, wax it, or store it away during the winter months; our products are virtually impervious to all weather conditions. |
