about each piece.. assuming I can identify it, and here, any help
would be appreciated!

Is this based on the ill-fated 4080 computer used in the Nimrod?
Nope... I took the lid off and inside were rows and rows of
valves.
Either the GEC 4080 computer didn't use transistors, or it's
not a 4080 computer.
