DIRECTIONS
For the M27 eastward or the A3 or A3(M) southward take the A27 east towards Chichester turn off after Havant for Emsworth, Southbourne on the A259 stay on main road to Bosham, at Bosham (Broadbridge roundabout) take the B2146 north to West Ashling. Turn left after the public telephone at village junction into Down Street, then take first driveway on right.
For the A27 westward take motorway around Chichester turn off the A27 westward to Bosham on the A259 stay on the main road to Bosham (Broadbridge roundabout) then take the B2146 north to West Ashling as above.
