The Autumn/Winter magazines are now available to bring us up-to-date
with developments. If you have a Home Collection Box a copy of
the magazine will be delivered by your collector. If not, and you
would like a copy, please take one from the rack in the vestibule.
“Voices for Hospices” are
concerts being performed in aid of St Francis and there are two
in October in Abbots Langley:
- Friday 5 th October at 8 pm in St Lawrence Church: the Breakspear
Trio will be performing from their classical repertoire and songs
from the shows. Free entry and a retiring collection for the
Hospice.
- Saturday
13 th October: Voices for Hospices “Bring it
and Sing it” at St Saviour’s Church. Abbots Langley
Singers and Orchestra perform Handel’s Messiah. Open to
all for rehearsals at 11 am and 2.30 pm , performance at 7.30
pm . £10 entry for the whole day, or £5 for the evening
