Here is a list of the stalls and stallholders who have indicated
their willingness to help. If your name is missing, please accept
our apologies and let us know. We hope this will assist all our

on the day.

Please start to put items aside, or continue to make items for
sale, so that we have plenty to display on the day. If you are
prepared to bake, please let Maureen or Sue know what you plan
to produce. Toiletries and jewelry surplus to requirements will
be welcome. The Tombola is more fun if there is a variety of prizes,
so more are needed. Please make sure anything brought along for
sale on the Bric-a-brac stall is of good quality. The aim is to
individually price all items.
We are gradually clearing the sliding-door cupboards to the right
and back of the main hall so that items can be stored in them nearer
the time. Any problems or questions? Please have a
word with Mary and Roger Flint (263 411).
