At our recent church council meeting a daytime Bible study was requested, and given the popularity of the afternoon Lent course at Elizabeth and Tony’s it would seem that people might appreciate another opportunity to get together for study and discussion. A letter has gone out canvassing opinion on the best day/time/frequency, so please don’t forget to make your views known. The monthly evening Bible Study will take place at 8 pm on April 30 th at Stonehaven, 24 Greenways, when we shall be continuing with our Marathon Study in Easy Stages, with the Second Book of Samuel. Each session is (more or less) complete, so anyone can join in just for one or two, and EVERYONE IS WELCOME - you don’t have to be a church member, or even a well-read Bible enthusiast, either! |
