Downloading files
Click on the link and a box will ask you if you want to save the file. Save the file to your hard disk where it can easily be unZIPped

ZIP fles
All the files are ZIPped - this means they are much quicker to download. You will need to unZIP them before you do anything else. WINZIP is commonly used for this, and it's free and widely available - e.g. shareware.cnet.com where you can search for WINZIP on whichever platform you require (e.g. Windows 95)

PDF files
Once unZIPped, you will find files with a 'pdf' extension These are in the Adobe Acrobat file format. You will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
