This is for people who wish to enter the call centre world as an operator. It develops the basic skills required such as operating a personal computer and dealing with people on the telephone.
It can be uesd as proof of skills when applying for a job or to give a structured training program to those new to the job.

Certificate In Call Centre Operations

This is for people that are operators in call centres. It not only recognises existing skills but stretches the operator, improving their skills e.g.
             Is your performance as good at the end of a shift as it is at the begining?
             What do you do during quiet times?

Call centre managers find this a usefull tool in building up evidence for performance checks and appraisals.
