These SVQs are based on standards developed by the Information Technology Industry Training Organisation (ITITO) which includes representatives from public and private sector bodies. This means that the SVQ reflects the real-life demands of the industry.

We offer 4 different qualifications. The first two are ideal for people who use computers as part of their job. The level that suits you would depend on your job and computer usage.

The next 2 are for people who assist others who use computers in their jobs. This is for those who work in a helpdesk or support people in a more personal basis. The level you take would depend on the level of support that you offer to others.
