III. Amber forces in shadow are withdrawn rather fight
365 Both sides happy to avoid serious casualties, a ceasefire ensues adn both sides withdraw declaring victory
400 AZ builds construct, whoes power causes tension
between Chaos and Amber. With no movement on the diplomatic
front Chaos commandoes attack it, suffering loses, but destroying
it. King Random publicly warns AZ to not build
such creations in future.
405 Relations are very tense
410 Tensions between Amber and Chaos ease
415 AZ and a group of young Amberites finish a new
construct more powerfull than the previous one. Chaos attacks the
construct but their forces are ambushed and suffer severe losses.
Chaos threatens war unless it is destroyed.
Random backs down from the threat and orders the construct destroyed.
420 Constructors finally destroy their work and apologise
in public. Within the year they have started work in secret on
another even more powerfull constructs
430 Huge shadow storms systems form and last for the next 40 years
470 Shadow calms down
475 Shadow lords whose origins are connected with the previous storms arise and build cross shadow empires.
480 Major expansion of the shadow empires
485 Benedict sent to defeat shadow lords
Chaos seeing the actions of Amber backs the Shadow Lords

next 20 years the wars are stopped by group of Amberites calling themselves

600 Era of the Constructs
For the next 200 years of the era young Amberites build constructs using
pattern power and other means
650 Courts of Chaos fight against other forces in Chaos
720 Courts destroyed by the Tyrants of Chaos
Many refugees move into the shadows of Amber, some to Amber itself
800 Construct wars begin in shadow.
Combatants stick to agreed rules of war and no Amberites are killed
850 Rapid escalation occurs with many young Amberites killed
860 Alliance of Elder Amberites. The Elders return from shadow to sort out descendants and bring peace
880 Alliance disbands, returning to retirement.

930 Chaos invades again, War V
The war rages on and on
Many Amberites young and old killed including Random
960 In the descive battle of the war Benedict commands
the Amber forces in the largest clash of all time
Amber is victorious at great cost.
Much of the Golden Circle has been destroyed
961 Benedict ambushed and killed after a small battle
by an elite group of Chaos assassins trained from birth to
kill Benedict
970 All Chaos forces are now withdrawn or eliminated
from Amber's shadows
No peace treaty is signed
998 Rogue construct launches attack on Amber using
pattern powered nuclear missiles.
Castle Amber is turned to rubble, the City of Amber is vapourised,
the lands around are made barren
1001 Seeing their opportunity Chaos launches new invasion
1004 War VI goes badly for Chaos due to poor planning
and command structure.
The invasion is eventually countered with no Amberites being killed
1006 Council of Amberites plans rebuilding of Castle and destruction of all the constructs
1007 Many constructs independant or allied against Amber and are refered to as The Machines
1008 Several Amberites killed adn policy is switched to that of containment
1015 Struggle of Protest by shadows - Shadow dwellers blaming Amber for their plight protest
1035 Young Amberite P angered by the continuing protests
unleashes biological weapons, killing billions
The Amberite is arrested, but it is a double that is executed and P considered
too valuable to lose
is secretly imprisoned.
1080 Fortress Amber completed and guarded by new technology powered by pattern
1085 Bleys crowned King of Amber
