Theodora ("Barracuda") is the daughter of Llewella and Morgan, Captain of
the Rebman Castle Guards.  She comes to family functions slightly less
often than her mother; consequently, you probably don't know her well.  The
only family she seems to have spent significant time with besides Llewella
are the sea-goers, Caine and Gerard, though you heard she did get along
well with Deirdre when she was in Rebma.  Theo grew up in Rebma and spends
most of her time there, though she can occasionally be found in the bars of
the docks region of Amber.

She is young, passionate, hot-headed, quick to fight, quick to forgive,
quick to show she's not like her mother.  She's nearly always in an
unrepressed good mood.  She shares the liberal Rebman social mores.

In appearance, she's slender, about 5'9" in height.  Her thick hair is a
bottle green with some blue, with golden highlights in the sun.  It hangs to just
above her shoulders.  Her eyes are a clear blue-green.  Her skin is like
ivory.  She has a long, elegant neck.  She moves with grace and confidence,
and she's lovely despite her usual wicked grin.  She generally wears the
boots, scaled pants, bandoliers, cloak, and nothing else that are the common
dress in Rebma, but on formal occasions in Amber she'll wear dresses.

She's said to be hell on wheels with a sword, though from occasional
stories of bar brawls that drift up to Amber she's apparently comfortable
with the "found object" school of fighting.

She took the Pattern in Rebma after Llewella returned from Patternfall, and
hasn't been out in shadow much, though she recently returned from a handful
of years spent in some vaguely Earth-like place.  She's also said to be
able to shapeshift, though it seems to be a basic knowledge- mermaid,
barracuda, shark, dolphin...

Her symbol is a stylized blue barracuda swimming swiftly upwards through a
green sea, the currents around it shown in silver.
