Where are they now?

Random    -    More Chairman of the Board  than a King.  Random is popular
                       in Amber but that doesn't mean that the elders follow his orders any time
                       other than when they feel like.

Vialle        -    The Queen of Amber has an important role in keeping the major egos of
                       Amber working together.

Benedict    -    Master of the armies of Amber.  Still quiet and very much his own man.
                        Also maintains his own armies in various secret bases and staging centres.

Caine        -    Completely regenerated from being shot and now back at the helm of Amber's
                        secret services.

Bleys        -    An irregular visitor to Amber, whatever he's up to it's probably big.

Fiona        -    A major political player who also has many esoteric projects in development.

Gerard     -    With Caine occupied by intelligence duties, Gerard is in full command of Amber's
                        navies.  Through good recruiting,  training and sensible delegation, Gerard has
                        been able to keep on top of this huge task.

Florimel    -    The smiling face of Amber's diplomatic efforts,  probably does more than anyone
                        else to keep the peace between the important shadows.

Dworkin    -    He makes an occasional appearance, but who knows if he's rational?

Luke    -    Several years ago Luke turned up at Amber to renegotiate a Golden Circle treaty, he
                    didn't leave alive.  Did Caine kill him?   Most people think so and most peole think
                    if you shoot an elder amberite you had better be prepared for your own funeral.
 

Missing, hiding, or just keeping themselves to themselves

Merlin    -    Merlin's backers planned to make him King of Amber and Chaos so they could control
                    both when it became clear that Random would remain King of Amber the coalition of
                    backers began to fall apart.  Merlin abdicated the throne rather than be overthrown and
                    suffer the common fate of deposed monarchs.  Resides somewhere in shadow.

Corwin    -    Whereabouts unknown

Llewella    -    Has been occasionaly seen in Rebma but not present in Amber for many years.

Dalt        -      Dalt just wouldn't grow up, his juvenile antics of attacking Amber eventually grew tiresome
                        to the elders.  Its not generally known what they did or said to him but he is somewhere
                        in shadow.

Coral    -        Not found despite lots of interested parties persuing her and the jewel of judgement.

Martin     -       Somewhere
 
 

Chaos
Despil is the current King of Chaos but his position looks very shaky with civil war likely in the courts.
Mandor the master politician is the Courts ambassador to Amber.
It is not generally known but the traditional houses are threatened by a new alliance of those generally
labelled demons.  The Titans of Chaos are characterised firstly by their huge size and secondly by their
loathing of the small humanoid form used by Amberites and frequently used by Chaosites.

Never Existed

Several people from the books have never existed in this campaign, these include Bill Roth and the
court jester.
