During the time
I worked with Ann I gained increased confidence and belief in my own abilities.
Ann also helped me work on how I used my voice and vocabulary as well as
approach to situations. I now feel that I can ‘fly’; that is that there has
been a release of energy from within myself, which I can now channel very

Ann’s approach
to coaching was very personal and always on a one to one basis. She was able to
easily understand the scenario within which I was working and discuss approaches
to dealing with situations/changes to my style. Ann was an independent person
not employed by my organisation who was able to give me encouragement and
support whilst having no axe to grind. She worked with me to look at my
previous successes and how I could use these to ensure that I was fully aware of
these by having a place to keep these recognitions. She also worked with me to
visualise where I would be in my career in a 12-18 month’s time.
Other benefits
since the coaching have been my recent appointment to a more senior role on a
major group wide initiative.
In conclusion Ann was able to quickly grasp
the working environment within which I was operating and the issues/development
needs associated with this. She was a good listener who was able to respond
quickly and effectively to my individual coaching requirements as well as those
of my company.
