| After ringing us your reservation
is held for 4 working days while you send us this form and your deposit for £30. Your
confirmation will be sent within a few days of the deposit being paid. Please complete the form using block capitals and return it together with your cheque made payable to: Loire Gites Ltd. And send it to:
The balance is payable no later than eight weeks before departure. Please arrive at the property after 3pm and vacate it on your day of departure by 10am. In the UK school holidays please call Andrew or Agnes Jones on 0033 240 283036 after 6:00pm. During term time in the UK call 01761 435985 or 0044 1761 435985 from outside the UK after 5:30 pm. Please note that neither the owners or Loire Gites Ltd. will accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries or damage caused by or to occupiers of the property or land let by Loire Gites Ltd. Your contract is solely with Loire Gites Ltd who recommend that you obtain insurance since this is not provided by Loire Gites Ltd. |
