Introducing Vauxhall Christian Trust
Campsite
Vauxhall Christian Trust has been set up to give young people happy holidays in the
countryside, under Christian leadership. The trust has a campsite that is set in lovely
farmland countryside in a quiet location, with extensive views over fields and woodland.
It is situated seven miles south of the town of Ipswich and has access to the A12 and
A14 roads.
The campsite is on a meadow of six acres, gently sloping to a boating lake of two acres. There is plenty of space for tents and marquees and a large playing area that includes a football pitch. There is also a covered swimming pool, large games room and well equipped kitchen.
The campsite has been running for more than fifteen years and many young people have enjoyed holidays here. The site was managed by Ivan Fenning and his sister Mary Harpur, but they have decided to donate it to a Christian Trust, so that camping can continue in the years ahead.
