Terms and conditions
Those using the campsite must ensure that all their helpers have a recent CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check. The Trust has its own Child Protection Policy that must be read by all workers and adhered to at all times. Groups may have their own policy, but the one that the Trust has applies to the campsite. Workers can bring their own caravans or tents and place them on the camp field.

For those who work in the kitchen, at least one member of the team must have a current Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Those who wish to use the boating lake will have to provide their own canoes, a qualified instructor, and all the necessary safety equipment, including soft shoes, as there are sharp flints in the bottom of the lake.

Our Instructions and Rules booklet gives a few more details for groups using the site.
